This is 23rd episode of Lizzie Love's Kitchen Season 2.

Today I made some gluten free, vegan sweet potato nacho fries. Eat and stay hydrated with me! This episode was recorded in front of a live cam room audience and includes their participation through the chatroom. Episode intro and outro by @Styles_211 on twitter. Recipe:

Step one: Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F.

Step two: Cut your sweet potatoes into fry sized pieces.

Step three: Place your sweet potatoes into your air fryer basket / baking sheet

Step four: Rub a small amount of coconut oil all over the sweet potatoes and sprinkle with salt

Step five: Air fry at 400 for 10-20 minutes or bake in the oven for around 20 minutes

Step six: Blend 1/2 a bag of cashews with salt, pepper, garlic powder, turmeric, and some water. You can add some chipotle powder if you want it to be more of a spicy cheese sauce.

Step seven: Make some guacamole by mashing an avocado with salt and lemon

Step eight: Heat up some pinto beans and sliced black olives in a frying pan with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder

Step nine: Place your fries on a plate when they are cooked through and top with beans and guacamole. I would also recommend corn, radishes, salsa, and green onions to top this with!
