This is 40th episode of Lizzie Love's Kitchen Season 2.



Today I made some gluten free, vegan Bagels And Lox. Eat and stay hydrated with me! Recipe:


Step one: Slice a carrot into very thin strips around two inches long


Step two: Grab a plate and pour a drop of liquid smoke onto it, a splash of apple cider vinegar, a splash of coconut aminos, a sprinkle of onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper


Step three: Add carrots to plate, rub with marinade, and let sit to soak up the flavor


Step four: Toast some gluten free vegan bagels


Step five: Spread some vegan cream cheese on toasted bagels


Step six: Place carrot strips on top of cream cheese


Step seven: Top with capers


Step eight: Eat!
