This is second episode of Lizzie Love's Kitchen.

Today I made some gluten free, vegan pancakes inspired by what I watch my Sims eat when I play Sims 4 lol. Eat and stay hydrated with me! This episode was recorded in front of a live cam room audience and includes their participation through the chatroom. New episode intro and outro by @Styles_211 on twitter. This is the recipe that I referenced in this episode: https://detoxinista.com/gluten-free-vegan-pancakes Instead of using coconut sugar I used some liquid stevia drops!

Step one: whisk three tbsp of aquafaba with 1/8 tsp cream of tartar

Step two: add one cup oat flour, some liquid stevia or sweetener of choice, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1/3 cup water, and a pinch of salt and mix

Step three: add two tsp apple cider vinegar and mix

Step four: put some coconut oil in a pan over medium low heat and add 1/4 cup of batter, flip when it starts to bubble

Step five: once golden on both sides, remove from pan and continue with the rest of the batter

Step six: enjoy the best pancakes ever!!

Okay I figured out how to post, yay! This reminds me that I need to make these aqua faba pancakes one of these days, it’s been on my to-make list for far too long! I love the recipe details in the blog!
