An episode without any real plan besides a plan to make and eat some delicious vegan, gluten free mac and cheese. Recipe:


Step one: boil a pot of water


Step two: add one bag of raw cashews to blender (preferably soaked overnight in water and rinsed to aid digestion and improve nutrient absorption)


Step three: add enough water to blender to cover cashews


Step four: add some turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper to the blender and blend


Step five: once water is boiling, add some gluten free pasta and cook according to directions on box


Step six: drain pasta and add sauce, heat through, eat!
